Can I Pay For My Order With Cash?
Yes. However, please be aware that our photographers and their assistants do not carry cash on them, so please make sure that you have the correct amount sealed in the envelope.
Do You Accept Credit Cards?
Yes. We accept all major brands including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Can I Pay For Multiple Orders With One Check?
We usually do not recommend it. Due to the volume of children that we work with, it may become difficult for us to track a single payment across multiple orders. We usually ask that each order form have its own form of payment enclosed.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
Usually, two to three weeks. Depending on the delivery method chosen by the league board, your order will either be delivered to the coach or will be sent directly to the address you provided us.
What If I Don’t Like The Portraits – Can I Get A Refund?
Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our photographs. However, due to the fact that photographs can be easily copied or scanned once delivered, we must limit returns and refunds to special circumstances. You can review our Return Policy by clicking here.
Can I Have My Child Photographed And Just Pay Later?
All of our work is done on a preorder basis – so each child must have their own envelope on photo day in order for us to take their portrait. Without that envelope and full payment, your order may not be processed once it has returned to our office.
Can I Choose Which Picture Is Used?
In order for us to deliver on the promise of a quick turnaround time, we are unable to provide parents with the option to select which portrait to use. However, during photo day, our photographers will usually take two or three shots to ensure that we have open eyes and nice smiles. The best image out of the group will be selected for print.
Am I Allowed To Make Copies Of The Portraits?
No. All of the images are copyright protected by Wanamaker Photography and may not be copied for any reason. If you would like additional prints, please contact us and someone will be more than happy to help you.
My Order Is Incomplete. What Do I Do?
Please contact us via our toll free number or by filling out our contact form. Our customer care representatives will need your child’s name, team name and the league they belong to.
