Return Policy
Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our photographs. However, due to the fact that photographs can be easily copied or scanned once delivered, we must limit returns and refunds to the following situations:
- Shots of the wrong team member or team
- Defective prints (ie: Out of focus, incorrect coloring, imperfections within print, etc)
- Error in submitting order online
Refunds will only be honored if the item(s) are returned to us within thirty (30) days of delivery. We will notify you via email or telephone once we have received and processed any returned item. Once the return has been processed, we will make our best attempt to replace the defective item(s) prior to issuing a refund. If the item(s) cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of receiving your return.
For errors in submitted online orders, please be sure to contact us immediately to request cancellation or modification of your order. We generally send orders to our labs within twenty-four (24) hours of online submission. Refunds for online orders will be granted as long as the order has not yet been processed by our lab. Refunds for digital downloads will not be honored.
