Our League Portrait Day Process

Since the beginning, we have continued to improve our portrait day process, making everything as simple as possible from the moment you book with us until the final portrait order has been delivered. Here is a brief overview of our process:

  1. Contact Wanamaker Photography
    When you first contact us, you will be assigned a dedicated league account manager. This will be your main contact for any questions or special requests. Your account manager will work with you to determine the exact needs of your organization including all available fundraising and league benefit options. They will also work with you to schedule a portrait day that is best suited for your league in the time and location required.
  2. Order Form And Schedule Delivery
    A few weeks before your scheduled portrait day, we will send out the order forms and team schedules along with any special requirements. We’ll also setup a time for one of our team members to come out and survey the selected location so we can ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
  3. League Portrait Day
    On your selected portrait day, we will send out a team of professional photographers and assistants who will setup and photograph all of the athletes. Your dedicated account manager will also be on hand to ensure that everything stays on schedule and to answer any questions parents or players may have.
  4. Portrait Order Delivery
    Approximately two to three weeks after your portrait day, all of the orders will be available for delivery. Depending on the option chosen, the orders can be delivered to each coach or mailed home to each player. Once complete, we will have customer care representatives available to help answer any questions or concerns.
